Cetus Documentation¶
These are temporary pages to provide some information specific to the new Cetus HPC system.
Queues¶
A list of the queues can be found by running $ qstat -Q and detailed information
on each queue, like user limits, can be found by running $ qstat -Q queue_name.
The “execution” nodes have one or more of these three types of GPUs which can be access via the following three queues:

All of the “desktops” i.e. hpc-desk01 etc have Nvidia A2 GPUs.
